Responsibilities & Context
Promote and market Steel Building, PEB, Industrial Shed, Warehouse, and related steel products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Visit construction sites, factories, warehouses, and corporate offices for business development.
Understand clients' technical and commercial requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up with leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to convert opportunities into sales.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and project discussions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Perform other sales and business development activities assigned by management.
