• Execute daily sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly targets.

• Promote real estate projects and deliver professional project presentations.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with potential clients.

• Conduct market visits and identify new customer leads.

• Support marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and field activities.

• Handle client negotiations, queries, and assist in closing sales deals.

• Prepare regular sales reports and ensure proper documentation.
