Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new property sales leads through calls, referrals, social media, advertising, and networking.
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Present and explain available residential or commercial properties, prices, payment plans, and facilities.
Arrange and conduct property visits/site tours for potential buyers.
Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Negotiate prices and other terms with customers within company guidelines.
Prepare quotations, booking forms, sales proposals, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with customers, developers, legal teams, banks, and internal departments throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, bookings, and sales in CRM or company systems.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Keep up to date with property market trends, competitors, pricing, and new developments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
