Responsibilities & Context
Sales & Business Growth
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through active ticket sales.
Promote new products, services, and special fare offers to agencies.
Find and sign new travel agency partners in your assigned area.
Negotiate special rates, commissions, and group ticket deals to protect profit.
Agency Relationship Management
Visit travel agents and client offices in your zone regularly to build strong relationships.
Help new agencies get started and keep existing agencies with us.
Be the main contact for agencies, share updates on our offers, and solve their problems quickly.
Collect agency wallet top-ups so ticketing runs smoothly.
Keep customers happy and build loyalty to the Akij Air brand.
Booking & Client Support
Use the company's B2B booking engine to make bookings and issue tickets accurately.
Help B2B clients quickly with bookings, cancellations, changes, and technical problems.
Answer daily questions from agents about fares, policies, portal use, and sales steps.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work with Reservations, Ticketing, Finance, Product, Holiday, and Operations teams to solve sales issues fast.
Share agency needs with internal teams to improve Akij Air's technology and services.
Work with airline partners where needed.
Market Intelligence
Watch market trends and competitor offers to find new sales opportunities.
Share useful market information with management for better decisions.
Reporting
Send daily visit reports to your supervisor and ask for regular feedback.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports covering revenue, target progress, agency performance, and market updates.
