Coordinate with relevant departments to collect accurate information before publishing service- or patient-related content.

Responsibilities & Context
1. Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain the organization’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant online platforms.
2. Content Planning:
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars aligned with organizational goals, campaigns, services, and promotional activities.
3. Content Creation & Coordination:
Plan and coordinate the creation of posts, Reels, Stories, videos, promotional materials, educational content, and other digital content with the production team.
4. Posting & Scheduling:
Ensure regular and timely publication of approved content across relevant social media platforms according to the content calendar.
5. Page Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, visibility, and overall social media growth.
6. Campaign Management:
Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional campaigns, special offers, seasonal campaigns, awareness campaigns, and other social media initiatives.
7. Paid Ads Coordination:
Coordinate the planning, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis of Facebook, Instagram, and other paid advertising campaigns.
8. Community Management:
Monitor and ensure timely and professional responses to comments, inbox messages, reviews, customer/patient queries, and other audience interactions.
9. Brand Management:
Maintain the organization’s brand image, communication tone, visual identity, and overall brand consistency across all social media platforms.
10. Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitors’ social media activities, promotional offers, content strategies, campaigns, and audience engagement to identify relevant market trends and opportunities.
11. Performance Reporting:
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly social media performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, content performance, leads, campaign results, and other relevant KPIs.
12. Lead Generation:
Develop and implement social media activities and campaigns to generate potential patient/customer leads and coordinate with the relevant team for proper lead follow-up.
13. Team Coordination:
Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Videographers, Content Writers, Marketing Executives, and other relevant team members to ensure timely delivery of required content and campaigns.
14. Trend Monitoring:
Monitor emerging social media trends, Reels formats, hashtags, viral content, platform updates, and creative content ideas and apply relevant trends to the organization’s social media strategy.
15. Crisis & Reputation Management:
Professionally monitor and handle negative comments, complaints, reviews, misinformation, and other online reputation issues in coordination with the appropriate management or department.
