Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
Good Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Mail service
Real Estate/ Interior Design industry experienced will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Searching for new clients/ projects for prospective business.
Prepare follow-up details regarding day to day task.
Dealing and arranging meeting with the client regarding Construction, Interior Design & Works, Door & Furniture.
Completion of sales closing formalities like quotation approval from the client, agreement with the client, sample approval and client correspondence, liaison & co-ordination.
Site / project visit and report submission to superior.
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
