• Have to perform own Sales and achieve monthly Sales target.
• Overall strong monitoring of Sales Department. Increasing the Sales by properly monitoring the quality of Sales.
• Meet the monthly Sales target which is given by the Management.
• Building Strong Sales Teams.
• Given Target must be achieved by taking proper initiatives wherever/ whatever needed.
