About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Team Lead to join IMPIT LIMITED. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and help achieve our organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend Off)

Operations Management: Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
