Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context
Promote and sell visa processing and related travel services to prospective clients.
Communicate with individual and corporate clients to understand their visa requirements.
Provide clients with accurate information regarding visa categories, required documents, and application procedures.
Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other business channels.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the visa processing period.
Coordinate with the visa processing and operations teams for smooth handling of client applications.
Maintain records of leads, client follow-ups, sales, and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
