Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.
Assist the supervisor as well as the co-worker with SR.
Participate in structured sales, distribution, and market development training.
Assist in managing dealer networks, distributors, and channel partners
Support zonal sales planning, execution, and performance monitoring
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and brand promotion
Learn team handling, reporting, compliance, and business ethics
Achieve assigned targets and KPIs during the training period
Regularly search for and develop new markets
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
