Zonal Manager-Tank Sales

Must have experience as Zonal Manager/ Area Manager or minimum 5 years of experience in selling products of polymer industries as Sales Officer/ Sales Representative.

Experience in Tank Sales will get high preference.

Proven expertise in sales career, particularly in dealer networking

Plan, organize and implement sales strategies to achieve both Primary and Secondary sales targets for Tank Business within the assigned zone.

Convert monthly sales plans into effective weekly and daily action plans to ensure target achievement.

Allocate primary and secondary sales targets to Sales Officers and monitor their performance regularly.

Lead, motivate, coach and monitor Sales Officers to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Ensure effective market coverage, dealer visits, retail coverage and strong secondary sales execution.

Drive primary sales by maintaining healthy stock movement, dealer orders and product availability.

Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, market trends and report actionable insights to management.

Execute trade marketing, promotional campaigns and dealer engagement activities to increase market share.

Analyze sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and key customers while identifying new business opportunities.

Ensure timely collection of market receivables and maintain financial discipline across the assigned zone.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Distribution and Marketing teams to ensure product availability and smooth business operations.
