Assistant Manager-Accounts & Finance

M.Com / MBA (Major in Accounting or Finance) from a reputed university.

Professional certifications such as CA-CC, CMA (partly qualified), or ACCA will be highly prioritized.

High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

ERP System Operations & Management:

• Execute and supervise all daily financial transactions, including journal vouchers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries directly into the ERP system (e.g., Logic,).

• Perform monthly bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations within the ERP environment to ensure data integrity.

• Extract, analyze, and present real-time financial reports, trial balances.

RMG Commercial & Commercial Accounting:

• Monitor and maintain accounting records for Back-to-Back L/Cs, Export Bills (EDC/FBP), and local procurement.

• Coordinate with the commercial department to update and track cash incentives, export proceeds, and shipping bill documentation within the financial module.

Audit & Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Facilitate internal and external auditors by providing required ERP reports, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
