• Should be eager to learn and develop teaching skills through training and activities
• Must be ready to communicate in fluent English inside the school premises with students and colleagues
• Should be ready to learn international standards of pedagogy

Responsibilities & Context

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Islamic Studies, Arabic, ICT, Mathematics and General Science. (or as assigned).
• Encourage active learning through interactive teaching methods, projects, and group activities.
• Develop students’ communication and comprehension skills with a strong emphasis on English fluency.
• Assess and record students’ progress through classwork, assignments, and formal assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic and personal growth.
• Maintain classroom discipline ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about students’ performance, behaviour, and progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, events, and innovative teaching practices.
• Should be ready to use computers, laptops and internet facilities for digital and interactive lessons
