Responsibilities & Context
Identify new projects and generate potential sales leads.
Visit prospective customers, developers, architects and consultants regularly.
Promote FUJITEC elevators and escalators, highlighting their technology and advantages.
Arrange meetings with project owners and decision-makers.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with management approval.
Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales progress updates
