Responsibilities & Context
Support the merchandising team in managing daily operations and order follow-ups.
Assist in communicating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for order tracking andupdates.
Help prepare order sheets, costing files, T&A plans, and other merchandising documents.
Collaborate with the sampling team to ensure timely development and dispatch ofsamples.
Participate in tracking raw material procurement and production status.
Maintain proper documentation and update order status regularly.
Assist in monitoring production progress and delivery schedules.
Learn and understand customer requirements, quality standards, and productspecifications.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time shipment.
Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to support merchandisingdecisions
