Assistant Teacher (Bangla, English & Science)

• Masters

Bachelor’s degree in English, Bangla, Science, Education, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.

O Level / A Level or English Medium educational background will be an added advantage.

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Candidates with an academic background in Bangla, English, or Science will be preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Must have good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Practical experience in preparing classroom presentations and educational materials using PowerPoint.

• Ability to conduct and assist classes in a fully English Medium school environment.

• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Previous experience in an English Medium school will be an advantage. Freshers with the required skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Assist lead teachers in conducting lessons in Bangla, English, and Science in an English Medium environment.

• Prepare engaging lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, digital slides, and educational materials for classroom teaching.

• Use computers and multimedia tools effectively to make lessons interactive and student-friendly.

• Support students in understanding lessons, completing classwork, and improving academic performance.

• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an effective English Medium learning environment.

• Provide individual academic support and monitor students' learning progress.

• Assist in preparing question papers, checking assignments, and maintaining students' academic records.
