Quality Assurance (Sr. QA)

Conduct regular factory visits to monitor garment quality and manufacturing processes.

Perform inline, midline, end-line, pre-final, and final inspections as per buyer requirements.

Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications, approved samples, measurement charts, and quality standards.

Monitor fabric, trims, accessories, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment quality.

Identify quality defects, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with factory QA teams, production teams, and merchandising departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Follow up on quality improvement plans and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Review inspection reports and prepare detailed quality assessment reports for management.

Ensure proper implementation of AQL standards and buyer-specific inspection procedures.

Monitor measurement, workmanship, color, appearance, labeling, packing, and other product specifications.

Follow up on sample approvals and ensure bulk production follows approved samples and specifications.

Participate in pre-production meetings and provide quality-related guidance to factory teams.

Monitor and minimize recurring quality defects and product rejection rates.

Maintain effective communication with buyers, factories, and internal departments regarding quality issues.

Ensure timely completion of inspections and submission of quality reports.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
