Responsibilities & Context
Production planning, Balance production lines to optimise manpower, reduce bottlenecks, and increase efficiency.
Analyse production processes and implement methods to reduce waste and cost.
Conduct time and motion studies to set standard times and improve productivity.
Analyse production processes and implement methods to reduce waste, rejection rates and cost.
Calculate machine and manpower capacity for effective production planning.
Prepare and update SMV for styles and processes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priority.
Ensure timely execution of orders to meet shipment deadlines.
Track progress against plan and take corrective actions for delays.
Liaise with concern teams for smooth workflow and material flow in production.
Prepare production status and delivery reports.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
