Responsibilities & Context
CSI is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive corporate sales, business development, key account management, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop corporate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Acquire new clients and develop business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular sales reports.
Conduct client visits, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
Drive customer retention, cross-selling, and account growth.
Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by Management.
