Assistant Officer - Corporate Sales (Dhaka)

Identify and approach corporate clients through door-to-door visits, field calls, referrals, and networking.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Promote Nextjobz’s recruitment, job posting, CV database, headhunting, and HR solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales according to company policy.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.

Follow up on job postings, recruitment needs, payments, and renewals.

Update CRM system records and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
