Responsibilities & Context
* Client Acquisition & Field Sales:
* Identify and approach corporate clients through door-to-door visits, field calls, referrals, and networking.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
* Business Development & Promotion:
* Promote Nextjobz’s recruitment, job posting, CV database, headhunting, and HR solutions.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales according to company policy.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Client & Operations Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
* Follow up on job postings, recruitment needs, payments, and renewals.
* Update CRM system records and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
