Responsibilities & Context
SS Trading, a sister concern of SS Group, is seeking dynamic and self-motivated professionals to drive stone sales and marketing activities across the Dhaka Division. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, government agencies, and EPC contractors to strengthen long-term business partnerships to sell stone.
Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive market penetration strategies for stone sell.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and collection targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals, tenders, and commercial, residential agreements with prospective clients and large corporate accounts.
Lead bidding processes for mega public infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, industrial zones, and large-scale construction developments.
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends, raw material supply shifts, pricing movements, and construction sector developments.
Coordinate closely with Yard/Ghaat supervisor, logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, forecasts, CRM records, and performance analysis for management review.
