Responsibilities & Context
SS Trading a sister concern under SS Group, a leading conglomerate with diversified business interests in import, trading, manufacturing, inland lighter vessel services, shipping agency services, and other sectors, is seeking highly competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to strengthen its business operations and expand its market presence across the Dhaka Division. The selected candidates will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Coal, while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business growth.
Execute sales plans to meet assigned target for coal products.
Identify and build new client accounts (industries, brick fields, power plants, and corporate buyers).
Conduct regular field and plant visits to understand coal requirements and maintain strong accounts.
Negotiate coal prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Work with internal commercial, import, and transport teams to ensure smooth and timely coal deliveries.
Follow up on sales orders, invoices, and outstanding receivables to keep accounts healthy.
Track competitor pricing, import trends, and raw material demand in Bangladesh.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.
