Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility management operations, including cleaning services.
Supervise gardening and landscaping activities to maintain clean and attractive outdoor areas.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with safety standards.
Manage equipment maintenance activities to ensure proper operation and minimize breakdowns.
Manage workforce attendance, overtime (OT), and leave Management for workers.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Prepare and monitor facility maintenance schedules and operational budgets.
Ensure workplace safety, fire safety, and environmental standards are properly maintained.
Handle facility-related complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain records of equipment maintenance, inventory, service contracts, and operational expenses.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, gardening standards, and proper facility conditions.
Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of facility equipment and machinery.
Coordinate with clients, management, and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
Prepare regular operational reports and recommend improvements in facility management.
