Responsibilities & Context
Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate, property development, construction, and interior & exterior design services.
Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate partnerships.
Promote and sell residential and commercial flats, land, properties, and ongoing development projects across Dhaka, Feni, and other locations throughout Bangladesh.
Handle property buying, selling, leasing, and investment-related client inquiries and negotiations.
Identify potential clients, investors, landowners, corporate customers, and business partners to expand the company's market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Coordinate with the company's management, project teams, and design and construction departments to understand project offerings and meet client requirements.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and periodic sales and marketing reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and support the company's overall business development goals.
Lead and coordinate sales and marketing activities, where applicable, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market opportunities.
