Sr. Executive (Sales and Marketing)

Must have proven experience and the capability to sell residential or commercial plots.

Visit organizations, corporate offices, and field sites to develop new business opportunities and acquire clients.

Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives for products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

Manage both existing and potential clients through direct sales visits and face-to-face interactions.

Design and execute efficient real estate marketing strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.

Monitor the effectiveness of ongoing advertisement campaigns and sales activities.

Analyze property market trends to identify potential leads and opportunities.

Maintain regular contact with clients through newsletters, updates, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with business partners on joint ventures and upcoming projects.

Coordinate the closing of property deals, ensuring all legal documents are signed and payments are collected.

Provide guidance and training to team members on proper procedures and best practices.

Manage relationships with clients and agents, both locally and internationally.

Ensure responsibilities are fulfilled with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and implement strategies to attract new ones.

Prepare and submit detailed sales and marketing reports to the department head and senior management.
