Sr. Executive

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers through effective sales techniques.

Handle prospective clients, understand their requirements and provide suitable property/project solutions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and follow-ups.

Promote and sell the company's real estate projects, residential plots and other property offerings.

Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, digital campaigns, website, phone calls, referrals and other marketing channels.

Prepare sales reports, client updates, lead status and daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Management teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

Support marketing campaigns and provide market feedback, competitor information and customer insights.

Participate in property fairs, promotional events, corporate campaigns and other sales activities.

Ensure proper follow-up of bookings, documentation, payments and other customer-related processes.

Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, follow-ups and sales activities.

Take initiative to identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets within the specified timeline.
