Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
∎ Provide information about Daricomma's services to potential and existing customers
∎ Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
∎ Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
∎ Follow up with users to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
