Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer reception and proper customer handling with a positive, helpful attitude.
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer.
∎ Assist customers and help them with workshop formalities and other works.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationship with customer and support them for better service.
∎ Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Keep records of customers, instructions recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-2 years practical experience in Automobile Sector.
∎ In case of highly experienced candidate, educational requirements may be relaxed.
∎ Candidate must be Smart, hardworking and career oriented.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Self-Motivated & Positive attitude.
∎ Customer complain handling capacity.
∎ Organized & Discipline.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
