Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process customer file registration.
∎ Ensure all receipts are duly deposited to company accounts received from allottees.
∎ Ensure all dues of instalments/cost for additional works, ownership transfer fees are received from the allottees before handing over/registration of the respective unit.
∎ Regular follow up the existing clients and issue letter if required.
∎ Deal with customer requirement.
∎ Prepare office note, letter, circular and reports as and when required
∎ File management & documents preservation.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management related to role.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years work experience in Credit Realization Dept. in any reputed Real Estate / Land Development company.
Salary: Negotiable
