Responsibilities & Context
Routine/Regular Job:
Verify and receive CBU/parts against PO, Invoice, Packing List and Delivery Challan.
Maintain PR/PO/PI/PL/GRN/Challan/Inventory/Stock reports on weekly & monthly basis.
Report shortages, damages and discrepancies to the senior management.
Coordinate with QC for incoming inspection.
Ensure vehicles are QC passed before delivery.
Frequently communicate with Sales & Production on stock availability.
