Responsibilities & Context
Ensure timely servicing, repair, and renewal of vehicle fitness, registration, tax tokens, and insurance.
Manages, coordinates, and optimizes an organization`s vehicle, drivers, and transportation logistics to ensure safe, timely & cost-effective movement of product.
Planning routes, coordinating transportation requests and dispatching drivers.
Managing, training and scheduling drivers & mechanics.
Recording shipment details, maintaining vehicle logs, tracking fuel consumption & preparing reports for management.
Enforcing company safety & transportation regulations.
Prepare monthly transport reports, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of company vehicles, drivers, and related documents.
Schedule Factory to warehouse & marketing delivery whole over Bangladesh.
