b) Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to identify business opportunities.
c) Manage existing corporate and key accounts professionally.
d) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
e) Analyze market trends, competitor B2B strategies, and pricing patterns to pitch innovative campaign ideas to management.
f) Promote and sell laminated tubes, plastic tubes, caps, closures, and related packaging components.
g) Develop business for primary and secondary packaging solutions and labels.
h) Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
i) Develop customized packaging and mold-related business opportunities.
j) Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Sales Administration teams.
