AGM/ Sr. Manager - Building Materials (Tiles, Bricks & Blocks)

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Parking Tiles, Auto Bricks, Hollow Blocks and other relevant products to achieve sustainable revenue growth across Bangladesh.

Lead the nationwide sales function and take overall responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Develop and expand the dealer, distributor and retail network in Dhaka and other strategic markets across Bangladesh.

Identify new markets, territories, customer segments and business opportunities to strengthen market penetration and increase sales volume.

Lead, guide and monitor the sales team, including territory planning, target setting, performance review, coaching and field execution.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key dealers, distributors, retailers, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants and institutional/project customers.

Develop strategies to increase repeat business from existing customers while continuously acquiring new customers and channel partners.

Drive project and institutional sales by developing relationships with construction companies, real-estate developers, contractors and major projects.

Regularly review field activities, dealer coverage, market visits, sales pipeline, quotations, samples, order conversion and collection performance.

Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor pricing, product positioning and competitor activities, and recommend appropriate commercial actions to management.

Prepare sales forecasts, territory-wise targets, sales plans and market expansion plans and ensure effective implementation.

Coordinate closely with Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Factory teams regarding sales forecasts, customer requirements, product availability, production priorities and delivery schedules.

Ensure proper management of the customer/dealer database, sales pipeline and market intelligence, with accurate and timely reporting.

Review daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and submit management reports highlighting sales achievement, gaps, market opportunities, risks and required actions.

Establish appropriate sales KPIs and performance standards and regularly evaluate the performance and productivity of the sales team.

Recommend dealer/distributor appointment, territory allocation, incentive schemes, promotional initiatives and other sales development programs based on business requirements.

Ensure effective market coverage through regular field visits, joint customer visits and market reviews in Dhaka and across Bangladesh.

Provide strong leadership to build a high-performing, target-driven and customer-focused sales organization capable of expanding the company’s nationwide market presence.
