Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, present or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and to provide sales support.
∎ Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
∎ Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
∎ Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, emerging technologies and the latest product-line developments.
∎ To Analyze, monitor and determine the level of present customer satisfaction through different measurable tools and develop policies for enhancing the level of customer satisfaction under different aspect.
∎ To Implement & monitor the new project as per deal with customer requirement.
∎ To ensure the optimum level of customer satisfaction through the team.
∎ To Guide both Pre & Post Care team.
∎ To keep a close relationship with all valued customers and landowners.
∎ To ensure a one stop Customer Service through efficient team management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/management related to role.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skill.
∎ Ability to understand the customer's requirement.
∎ Innovative, proactive and confident.
∎ Working knowledge on Microsoft office suites.

Salary: Negotiable
