Brand Trainee, ACI Wellness & Hygiene Business

Support the development and execution of annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and category initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Assist in planning and executing ATL, BTL, digital, activation, and consumer engagement campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and equity.

Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential business gaps.

Track and analyze brand performance, sales trends, market share, campaign effectiveness, and key marketing KPIs and prepare periodic reports.

Support new product development, product renovation, packaging development, and product launch activities in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, R&D, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.

Assist in developing consumer communication, promotional materials, POSM, digital content, and brand assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Support trade marketing and in-market execution, including promotional campaigns, retail visibility, merchandising, and channel-specific initiatives.

Monitor marketing budgets, campaign expenditure, promotional investments, and ROI while ensuring effective utilization of allocated resources.

Participate in consumer research, field visits, market audits, campaign evaluations, and special brand projects to develop strong commercial and brand management capabilities.
