Responsibilities & Context
· Ensuring the smooth functionality of facility management (Space acquisition/ management, Drivers & support staff management, consumable item management Utility bill payment, pest control, repair, and maintenance other than vehicles) in Sylhet region.
· Ensuring the rental agreement and renewal of new and existing office space, BTS/POP and other establishments of the Sylhet region.
· Ensuring the trade /other license renewal issues of Sylhet within timeline.
· Assist to concern admin team to find Hotel booking & transport management for the office visitors of link3.
· Liaison with PDB, City Corporations, Landlords, service providers, etc. and solve the issue in respective region.
· Dedicatedly executing the Scrap Disposal following SOP.
· Dedicatedly responsible to execute the operational vehicle support service, repair & maintenance, fuel consumption & bill, parking management.
· Executing the vehicle accident/incident management and submitting the report to supervisor in respective regional areas.
· Ensure the renewal/update of transport document within timeline.
· Dedicatedly responsible to monitor, co-ordinate and control fiber cut/burn/stolen; investigate and forward the incident report as well.
· Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in respective regions.
