∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Should be able to maintain client database.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable. Fresher's are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications. Applicants must be from nearby Mirpur area. Job Location: Tolarbagh R/A,Mirpur-1,Dhaka-1216 Employment Status: Half-time (6 hours) Duty time : (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off dayYou have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity. Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill. Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction. Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner. You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
