∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Medium skill of Microsoft Excel
Job Context:
∎ i-Global Services is looking for an energetic call centre consultant with an excellent communication skill, a positive attitude, persuasion techniques, and the ability to work towards sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a target based job where the employee must meet the number of target clients set by the company.
∎ Full-time (11 pm to 7 pm)
∎ Job Location Mirpur-10, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and make calls to students and convince them to take free IELTS mock tests and classes.
∎ Explain the benefits of taking the free test, such as helping the students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and improving their chances of success in IELTS.
∎ Be prepared to answer questions or concerns that the students may have and provide accurate & satisfactory answers.
∎ Use persuasive language and techniques to encourage students & showing that they have nothing to loose
∎ Must meet targets set by the company for the number of students they persuade to take the free tests.
∎ Must maintain accurate records of all calls made, student details, and tests taken using excel sheet.
∎ Must work closely with other team members to achieve team goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must live in Mirpur.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Possess persuasive ability
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to receive added benefits.
∎ Has some knowledge about the IELTS exam.
Salary: Negotiable
