∎ Internal and external clients are handled with good smiles, manners, and behaviorCapable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent.
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or Text.
∎ You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Maintain client database & communications through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
