Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
∎ Candidates with BBA/MBA in Business Administration/ Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partner with cross-functional teams in improving proprietary tools and system.
∎ Manage timely data collection to update operational matric to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors and streamline processes.
∎ Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; resolve problems and identify trends.
∎ Coordinate, manage and monitor workings of various departments.
∎ Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various department of the enterprises.
∎ Identify problems and bottle neck within the enterprises using data analysis and data modeling techniques.
∎ Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
∎ Look for new market trends, ideas for the organization to grab and make benefit out of it.
∎ Work on project basis drive end-to-end performance.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
