Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer all incoming enquiries from customers
∎ Receive requests and process them accordingly
∎ Liaise regularly with clients and customers to ensure positive working relationships are embedded within the team
∎ Run and monitor daily progress reports, ensuring these are updated and the details are logged on the internal IT systems
∎ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, customers and local authorities
∎ Additional tasks will include filing, typing and other clerical duties
∎ Other tasks set by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Salary: Negotiable
