Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Community Based Protection Staff (CGF, Outreach, Information Service and Center)
∎ Work on site selection and approval process for implement the project as well as look after the construction
∎ Work as a focal person of Community Based Protection
∎ Ensure govt. liaison in internal and external level
∎ Writes and submits comprehensive monthly quantitative and narrative reports, specific activity reports, and any other reports when necessary to his supervisor in a timely manner
∎ Supervises staff members and builds capacity
∎ Participates in camp committee meetings
∎ Coordinate the field operation of all the community centers and information points as well
∎ Make referrals and follow up on urgent cases of individuals with specific needs referred by info staffs to partners, UNHCR and other service providers with an aim to find the best possible solutions for the individual cases
∎ Provides logistics and other support on a regular basis
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
