Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with level 1 or 2 National Skill Certificate.
∎ Bachelor / Diploma in Textile with level 1 National Skill Certificate.

Job Context:
∎ We are implementing a multi-year skills development project as part of a joint Initiative of a consortium in the refugee camps of Cox`s Bazar. The project has a target to reach a total of 2,000 participants (50 percent women) for vocational skills training which will be selected across the camps considering the suitability, capacity and availability of home/community facilities for training. The target of 2,000 has been selected according to the prequalification requirement for the vocational training.
∎ The Project ultimately aims to assist refugees to acquire transferable and portable skills relevant to the labour market needs in Myanmar and the camp contexts, that would support sustainable return and integration (in Myanmar) when conditions permit; while enabling refugees to maintain hope for the future and have dignified and productive lives in the camps, including through engagement in multi-sectorial camp-based activities, minor livelihood activities, and community works, with the utilisation of acquired competencies. Accordingly, strategies will be geared towards enhancing skills development, economic and social empowerment, self-reliance of the Rohingya refugees pending durable solutions.
∎ The job location will be in Teknaf / Ukhiya / Bashanchar.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design Schedule & conduct training as per requirement.
∎ Developing an easy way to deliver training properly.
∎ Active participation to generate ideas for Instructor and Centre Manager for the development and design of new products for training.
∎ Assist to integrated and aligning with the overall development of new training courses
∎ Assist to Develop modules and training manuals in Burmese and English, for Training participants and externals
∎ Support in the production of training modules and knowledge products
∎ Assist Instructor in finalizing participants for training.
∎ Assist to Manage and facilitate training, and support others in facilitation;
∎ Assist to Instructor to prepare trainee database and document archives
∎ Follow up on trainee progress & assist to instructor for preparing evaluation sheet of trainee
∎ Assist Instructor for PSEA training to all trainee.
∎ Facilitate training on organization rules & policy.
∎ To follow up volunteer, trainee attendance & daily activities.
∎ She/he has to maintain a functional relationship with her/ his peers in the team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Project Management Unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
∎ Willingness and ability to work in hardship environments
∎ Excellent teamwork, and a proven track record of building trust within and empowering teams
∎ Previous exposure to UN sector approach at field implementation level
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reporting skills in English and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
