Job Context:
∎ Teleserv is hiring "Customer Service Officer/ Call Center Executives" for USA shift.

∎ Office Hour: 8 PM to 5 AM
∎ Location: Mirpur 11 (1 min. walking distance from Mirpur 11 Metrorail Station)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle outbound or inbound calls.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
∎ Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 19 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 months of experience in MCA, Business Finances.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: Basic BDT 16,000 + Transport allowance + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
