Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional Customer Service.
∎ Respond incoming calls/emails from customers, inquiries and questions, complaints handling and provide information properly.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers appropriately.
∎ Ensure customers satisfaction.
∎ Make report to top management.
∎ Having well manner and good behavior.
∎ Partially maintaining front desk job
∎ Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
∎ Take up other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good command over MS Office Package specially in MS Word
∎ Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English).
Salary: Negotiable
