Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employee Recruiter. We are specifically looking for a retired Sergeant or higher rank from the army to take on this role. As an Employee Recruiter, you will play a crucial part in our recruiting agency, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients` workforce needs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various job positions.
∎ - Utilize your extensive military network and experience to connect with potential candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
∎ - Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess their suitability for specific job roles.
∎ - Collaborate with clients to understand their specific manpower requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their needs.
∎ - Build and maintain relationships with key military personnel, veterans organizations, and other relevant networks to expand our candidate pool.
∎ - Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continually improve our sourcing and selection processes.
∎ - Effectively communicate with candidates, providing clear and concise information about job opportunities, compensation packages, and career growth prospects.
∎ - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, assisting in the necessary paperwork and pre-employment screenings.
∎ - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
∎ - Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events aimed at attracting potential candidates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Sergeant or higher rank from the army with a strong understanding of military culture and experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
∎ - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
∎ - Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with potential candidates, utilizing your military network and connections.
∎ - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
∎ - Proficient in using various sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
∎ - Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
∎ - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications and evaluating resumes.
∎ - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Salary: Negotiable
