Responsibilities & Context
Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and related documents.
Support employee joining, orientation, and necessary joining formalities.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate training programs, schedules, and arrangements.
Collect, prepare, maintain, and follow up on departmental requisitions with the concerned departments.
Prepare, update, and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) and coordinate with respective departments when required.
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters and provide necessary HR support.
Assist in communicating and implementing company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
Prepare and maintain basic HR reports, statements, and official documents.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or Reporting Supervisor.
