Manager-HR & Compliance (Factory)

Strong practical experience in customer/social compliance audits and audit report preparation.

Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law & Rules, factory compliance requirements and statutory licensing.

Experience in handling BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, GOTS, OEKO-TEX or similar audits/certifications will be preferred.

Strong documentation, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with factory management and cross-functional teams.

Manage overall HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, leave, employee relations and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules and applicable statutory requirements.

Manage and maintain all required factory licenses, permits, registrations and certifications, ensuring timely renewal.

Lead preparation and coordination for customer, social, ethical and compliance audits, including third-party audits.

Maintain audit documentation, prepare CAP/Corrective Action Plans, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Coordinate with Production, EHS, Administration and other departments to ensure continuous factory compliance and audit readiness.

Handle requirements related to BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, RCS and other relevant customer/certification standards.

Prepare HR & Compliance reports and keep management updated on audit findings, legal requirements, certifications and compliance status.
