Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage recruitment, manpower planning, selection, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee records.
Manage administration, security, transport, facilities, and office operations.
Ensure proper maintenance of assets, utilities, and workplace safety.
Coordinate with departments for smooth operational support.
Monitor attendance, leave, and overall workforce discipline.
